In this article, we introduce a novel Bayesian approach for linking multiple social networks in order to discover the same real world person having different accounts across networks. In particular, we develop a latent model that allows us to jointly characterize the network and linkage structures relying on both relational and profile data. In contrast to other existing approaches in the machine learning literature, our Bayesian implementation naturally provides uncertainty quantification via posterior probabilities for the linkage structure itself or any function of it. Our findings clearly suggest that our methodology can produce accurate point estimates of the linkage structure even in the absence of profile information, and also, in an identity resolution setting, our results confirm that including relational data into the matching process improves the linkage accuracy. We illustrate our methodology using real data from popular social networks such as Twitter , Facebook , and YouTube .  相似文献

We consider a class of quasilinear elliptic boundary problems, including the following Modified Nonlinear Schrödinger Equation as a special case: $$\begin{cases} ∆u+ \frac{1}{2} u∆(u^2)−V(x)u+|u|^{q−2}u=0 \ \ \ in \ Ω, \\u=0 \ \ \ \ \ \ \ ~ ~ ~ on \ ∂Ω, \end{cases}$$ where $Ω$ is the entire space $\mathbb{R}^N$ or $Ω ⊂ \mathbb{R}^N$ is a bounded domain with smooth boundary, $q∈(2,22^∗]$ with $2^∗=2N/(N−2)$ being the critical Sobolev exponent and $22^∗= 4N/(N−2).$ We review the general methods developed in the last twenty years or so for the studies of existence, multiplicity, nodal property of the solutions within this range of nonlinearity up to the new critical exponent $4N/(N−2),$ which is a unique feature for this class of problems. It was proved by Bahouri et al. [9] that the Schrödinger equation on the Heisenberg group $\mathbb{H}^d,$ involving the sublaplacian, is an example of a totally non-dispersive evolution equation: for this reason global dispersive estimates cannot hold. This paper aims at establishing local dispersive estimates on $\mathbb{H}^d$ for the linear Schrödinger equation, by a refined study of the Schrödinger kernel $S_t$ on $\mathbb{H}^d.$ The sharpness of these estimates is discussed through several examples. Our approach, based on the explicit formula of the heat kernel on $\mathbb{H}^d$ derived by Gaveau [19], is achieved by combining complex analysis and Fourier-Heisenberg tools. As a by-product of our results we establish local Strichartz estimates and prove that the kernel $S_t$ concentrates on quantized horizontal hyperplanes of $\mathbb{H}^d.$  相似文献

We briefly review the main developments of Bayesian dynamic models. The emphasis is on marketing applications. Typical examples in this area are discussed. The concepts of monitoring and intervention are carefully explained with illustrative examples and open source computational routines. We avoid algebraic developments and instead use graphical examples to illustrate theoretical aspects. Two real-world problems using Bayesian dynamic models are discussed. Finally, we describe recent developments and alternative proposals to formally address the dependence when dealing with the modeling of multiple time series.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the viscous liquid–gas two-phase flow model in a three-dimensional exterior domain with the slip boundary conditions. We are able to prove the existence of a global strong solution when the initial total energy is suitably small. The initial masses of liquid and gas are allowed to contain a vacuum, with no extra restriction between the initial masses of liquid and gas. It should be noted here that we consider the slip boundary condition in a three dimensional (3D) exterior domain which is in sharp contrast to result of Yu (2021) where they consider the Cauchy problem.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a method based on deep neural networks to solve obstacle problems. By introducing penalty terms, we reformulate the obstacle problem as a minimization optimization problem and utilize a deep neural network to approximate its solution. The convergence analysis is established by decomposing the error into three parts: approximation error, statistical error and optimization error. The approximate error is bounded by the depth and width of the network, the statistical error is estimated by the number of samples, and the optimization error is reflected in the empirical loss term. Due to its unsupervised and meshless advantages, the proposed method has wide applicability. Numerical experiments illustrate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method and verify the theoretical proof.  相似文献
